Purchases and Payments

Before starting your first purchase you can know exactly the different phases of the process, from when you enter the web to place an order until you confirm it. If you have doubts when ordering, you can also go to this section to solve them.

Steps to buy

Step 1: Select the products

  1. Select the items you want to buy by clicking "Add to cart".
  2. When you have selected all the items you want to buy, click on "Confirm" and check that you have the selected items. At any time you can add or remove products from your cart.
  3. If the content is correct, click on "Checkout".

Step 2: Login

  1. If you have not registered yet: complete all the fields of the form with your personal data and shipping address.
  2. If you are already registered: identify yourself as a client of our store by entering your email and password. If you have identified yourself before starting the purchase process, you will not have to do this step.

Step 3: Shipping

  1. Select the shipping method, or if you prefer, indicate that you want pick up the order in our store.
  2. In case you want us to send the order home: It will be sent to the address you indicated in the registry by default, but at this point you can edit the data or add a different address. You can also indicate another address where to receive the invoice.
  3. In any case, you can indicate that the order is for a gift, being able to ask that we wrap it as a gift, include the gift ticket or even add a dedication.

Step 4: Bank details and confirmation

  1. Select the payment method and enter your card details VISA or MASTERCARD or your PayPal account.
  2. Remember that all payments are made under the maximum safety standards.
  3. Once the purchase is finished you will receive an email with the confirmation of your order.

Additionally, in the "My Account" section, you can view all your orders.
In addition, you can consult and print your invoices.

Payment methods

The available payment methods are:

  1. Credit or debit card VISA or MASTERCARD, must be Spanish.
  2. Paypal.
  3. Wire transfer.


Modify my order

It is NOT possible to make changes to an order once it is finished.
Items can NOT be added to a finalized order because the payment must be made through our platform.
Go to the section "Contact us" and send your query indicating the details of your order to our Customer Service. As soon as possible, we will contact you with the resolution.

Change delivery address

It is possible to change the delivery address during the first 24 hours after receiving the order confirmation To do this, you must go to the "Contact us" section and send us the following information.

  1. Order number.
  2. New delivery address.

If it is not possible to make the change of address, we will contact you and the order will be delivered to the address indicated initially.

Cancel my order

For operational reasons, IKARASPORT does not accept order cancellations.
If you want to cancel an order anyways, you must proceed to make a return.

My order has not arrived after the delivery period

If after 3-6 working days from the date of purchase and your order has not arrived, go to the "Contact" page. We will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of its status.
